CHOICE OF QUALITY PACKAGED CHEESE
Packages of KOMO packaged cheeses are filled with a gas mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide. At the same time, air was expelled from the package and oxygen harmful to cheese was replaced with carbon dioxide - it penetrates into the product and creates proper conditions for long-term storage. Nitrogen is practically not absorbed by the product, because of free space inside the package, and storage conditions of the product are close to typical. This distinguishes the new type of packaging from the usual flow-pack packaging, in which the film is tightly adhered to the product through the vacuum formed.
The use of the optimal gas mixture for cheeses allows you to keep the taste of your favorite product longer, and a convenient packaging-envelope with the functions of easy opening and repackaging of the unused part of the product will make its consumption even easier, convenient and safe.
